3rd place: Anno1800
Anno1800 unfortunately only made it to #3 in my list, as I’m not a big fan of medieval games. Nevertheless, for anyone who wants to experience the Industrial Revolution and also influence it, the game is a must. For the first time in this part, you can also walk through your world in first-person perspective and let yourself be inspired and amazed.
Currently, you can get the game for just under 11 Euros and with the Year 3 Pass including DLCs.
for just under 40 euros.

Rank 2: Cities: Skylines
One of the most beautiful construction games in my opinion not only because of the possibilities such as ModSupport (SteamWorkshop), but also because of its long-standing support of the developers. So everything is given, game fun, mods, current layout and no online constraint. Whoever enjoys current worlds and building simulations, this is the place to be.
Currently, you can get the game for just under 2-4 Euros and tons of DLCs for under 5 Euros.

Rank 1: Frostpunk / Factorio
Currently share with me place 1 whole two games that I could not decide.
Frostpunk is a great game that you should definitely have heard of, it’s timeless, and when it comes to difficulty, no other game can hold a candle to it.
On the other hand, Factorio is also a timeless classic that invites you to explore a world with the help of bird’s eye view and explore new things.
Basically, it was too hard for me to come up with a winner, so both ended up in 1st place here.
Frostpunk is available from 5 Euros and from 15 Euros in the Game of the Year Edition, but you can also wait for the announced 2nd part, which will be just as good but more extensive.

You can get Factorio for 15-20 Euros every now and then, but these are justified in any case and even understandable due to the massive mod support.
